TWIN RIDGE ROAD
"I have enjoyed working with Brian and Cody Lynch and their crew for several years.
They are highly competent at keeping their projects moving, have the some of the most excellent subcontractors, and really take pride in all levels of implementing and perfecting details of the architect's design.
As a team player, Lynch Construction has proven their knowledge and skills to tackle my most challenging hillside home perched at the crest of Twin Ridge Road."

LADERA LANE
When my husband and I purchased our Montecito home in 2020, we knew we wanted to make some changes to it. Our home is a traditional one with a lot of interior wood trim such as wainscoting, wood flooring, and open beams. At nearly 5000 square feet and with lots of ideas in my mind, I knew it was going to be a months-long process and I wanted to ensure that I was comfortable with the contractor and construction crew we would be choosing. Brian Lynch, at Lynch Construction, was recommended to us and we are so happy we made the decision to hire him.
In addition to the expertise of all of the trades—and the beautiful work they do like custom carpentry, masonry, lighting, and painting, we were impressed by the professionalism of everyone--from Brian himself, his partner/son Cody, as well as each and every worker. We lived in our home for much of project and the workers took extra care to protect our paneled walls, rooms, furnishings—and us—as they progressed through each of the spaces as they completed the projects. If we had a question or an issue that needed attention, Brian was always accessible and at the ready to assist. I would say that Brian and his crew care—they care about the integrity of their work as much as the quality of their work.

Brian Lynch Construction built our new home in Montecito. Over the past 35 years, we built seven homes in six states, and Brian was the best builder of all. He had great relationships with a cadre of high-quality subcontractors, knew local building practices and processes well, and was experienced in a variety of building projects. Above and beyond those expected qualities, though, were four other ones that distinguished Brian:
1. He took a holistic view of the job. Rather than compartmentalize to 'just' the home, he also focused on important aspects such as siting, pool & cabana, driveway & hardscaping, and neighbor relationships.
2. When a change was needed or desired, he figured out the best way to make it happen without undue angst or charges.
3. We felt as positive about Brian in the final stages of construction and even now a year later as we did the day we selected him.
4. Our million + dollar project not only met our quality objectives but also was completed on time and on budget.

LAS ALTURAS
Brian Lynch is an example of an excellent Builder. His dedication to his work and commitment to provide the best quality home, on budget, and on schedule delivered a home that exceeded our expectations. These exceptional qualities, his partnering with the architect, relationship with his subcontractors, management of suppliers, and concern for his client make Brian Lynch a most deserving recipient of this award.
Following the loss of our home at 1105 Las Alturas in the Tea Fire we set out to select an architect and builder who could demonstrate their ability to work together to design and build a new (green) home within the constraints of fixed insurance proceeds, building department regulations, and a challenging sloped lot. Due to advanced problem identification and consultation with appropriate parties, necessary improvements to the plans were made with minimal financial and schedule impact. Lead times for materials and owner-selected amenities were established in advance. Adverse weather conditions throughout the project were optimally dealt with, timely finishing adjustments have been promptly attended to, and Brian guaranteed the finished product for the length of our ownership.

EAST MISSION STREET
Brian,
I'm writing this to let you know how pleased I am with the way you dealt with the beam problem at 7 East Mission St. Using the plans prepared by Morgan Jones Structural Engineer, you immediately knew what had to be done. You efficiently prepared the beams, procured the specified steel C-Beams, installed them, and had them well covered with stucco.
Many thanks for a good job!
Best Regards,
Jerry Harris
